The Planning Department reviews subdivision, site plan, form based code project plan, lot line adjustment, special use permit, planned development district, zoning variance, and change of tenancy applications. The Department is also responsible for assisting with town planning activities such as comprehensive plans, zoning updates, corridor improvement plans, open space plans, and pedestrian linkage studies.
