TOWN OF MALTA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,

 that the Town Board of the Town of Malta will hold a public hearing pertaining to entering agreements with Greenlight Networks, LLC to use property in the Town of Malta for installation of broadband fiber optic network pursuant to Town Law Section (7), on the 29 day of August, 2022, at 6:00 o’clock P.M., at the Town Hall of the Town of Malta, 2540 Route 9, Malta, New York 12020, and at which hearing all persons desiring to be heard thereon will be heard.
