NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ACQUISITION OF A 

CONSERVATION EASEMENT

Public Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held pursuant to General Municipal Law Section 247 before the Town Board of Malta, 2540 NYS Route 9, Malta, New York 12020 on the 27^th day of November, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. concerning the acquisition of a conservation easement over property located at Malta Ave Ext. CR #63  and located on Silver Beach Rd in the Town of Malta, Saratoga County, New York,  which land is identified Tax Map Nos. 204.-4-9.111 and 204.-4-8, at which hearing all persons interested in the subject matter thereof shall be heard concerning the same.
